Our Company History
When our company's catering service was shut down, the community grew angry because they enjoyed our food so much. In fact, our local paper, the Times-Picayune, wrote a story on the event because the community was so upset. As a result, we opened this restaurant to provide our neighbors with the flavors they wanted.

Community Service
When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, there were no restaurants left for service. Our owner, David Montesdeoca, decided to bring his delicious recipes to the tragedy-struck area for the workers to enjoy. We take great pride in sharing our food with our neighbors in this wonderful community.
